Club, Gardens, and Open Area Rules

At DHL INFRABULLS INT. PVT. LTD., we are committed to providing well-maintained and enjoyable common areas for all our residents and visitors. The following rules and regulations are designed to ensure that everyone can safely and responsibly use the club facilities, gardens, and open spaces.

1. Clubhouse Rules

1.1 Operating Hours

  • The clubhouse is open daily from [X AM to X PM]. Residents are requested to adhere to the timing to avoid disruption.

  • Special events or extended hours may be available by prior request and management approval.

1.2 Access and Entry

  • The clubhouse is strictly for the use of residents and their immediate family members. Guests are allowed only when accompanied by a resident.

  • Access cards or membership identification may be required to enter certain club areas.

1.3 Usage of Facilities

  • The gym, pool, and recreational areas are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please follow posted instructions for each facility.

  • Residents must follow the instructions of staff or security personnel when using the club’s amenities.

  • Appropriate attire must be worn in all common areas, particularly in the pool and gym.

1.4 Private Events

  • Any resident wishing to host private events in the clubhouse must obtain permission from management at least [X days] in advance. Additional fees may apply for booking exclusive use of the facilities.

  • Loud music or events that may disturb other residents must end by [X PM].

1.5 Health and Safety

  • Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the clubhouse premises except in designated areas.

2. Garden and Landscaping Rules

2.1 Access and Timings

  • The gardens and landscaped areas are open to residents from [X AM to X PM].

  • Entry to these areas outside of the designated hours is not permitted without prior approval.

2.2 Use of Open Spaces

  • Residents are encouraged to use the gardens for peaceful relaxation, walking, and personal leisure activities.

  • Organized events or large gatherings in the gardens must be approved by the management team to ensure the space remains available for all residents.

  • Playing of loud music or organized sports in non-designated areas is not permitted to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

2.3 Children’s Play Areas

  • Designated play areas are available for children. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

  • Children are not permitted to play in garden beds or landscaped areas to avoid damage to plants and property.

2.4 Pet Guidelines

  • Pets are welcome in the gardens, but must be on a leash at all times and should not be allowed to disturb other residents.

  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

2.5 Garden Maintenance

  • Residents are not permitted to plant, remove, or alter any landscaping within the gardens without prior approval.

  • If you notice any damaged or unmaintained areas, please report them to the management team for prompt resolution.

3. Open Area Rules

3.1 Usage and Activities

  • Open areas are intended for walking, jogging, meditation, and light recreational activities.

  • Group sports, parties, or any event that involves a large gathering must be scheduled with and approved by the management team.

  • Activities that could cause noise or damage, such as fireworks, loudspeakers, or bonfires, are strictly prohibited.

3.2 No Littering

  • Littering in any open area, garden, or club is strictly prohibited. Trash bins are placed at convenient locations, and residents are encouraged to use them responsibly.

3.3 Outdoor Equipment

  • Temporary installations, such as tents, stages, or outdoor furniture, are not allowed in open spaces without management approval.

  • Residents must not engage in activities that could damage lawns, paths, or other parts of the outdoor areas (e.g., driving vehicles on lawns).

3.4 Security and Safety

  • The safety of all residents is paramount. Please report any suspicious activity to security personnel immediately.

  • Security cameras may be installed in open areas for monitoring purposes. Residents are expected to cooperate with security personnel for the overall safety of the community.

  • Residents should refrain from accessing or climbing any restricted structures (such as fences, walls, or water features).

3.5 Pets in Open Areas

  • Pets are allowed in open areas but must remain on a leash and under control at all times.

  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets to ensure the cleanliness of shared spaces.

4. General Conduct

4.1 Respect for Neighbors

  • Residents and visitors must ensure their activities do not disturb the peace and quiet of other residents. This includes adhering to quiet hours and avoiding excessive noise in common areas.

4.2 Compliance with Rules

  • All residents are required to follow these rules to ensure the well-being of the community. Violations may result in restrictions on access to the clubhouse or gardens, and in serious cases, penalties or fines.

4.3 Reporting Issues

  • Any issues related to maintenance, security, or cleanliness in the club, gardens, or open areas should be reported to the management team immediately.

  • For emergencies, residents should contact the security team or the designated emergency contact number.

5. Enforcement of Rules

5.1 Penalties for Violations

  • Violations of the club, garden, or open area rules may result in temporary suspension of access to common facilities or fines.

  • Continued violations may lead to legal action or permanent restriction from using common areas.
