Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment Terms

1.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the booking amount, which is [non-refundable/refundable based on terms stated below].

1.2 Payment Instalments
Customers are required to make payments in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon in the booking agreement. Non-compliance with the payment schedule may result in penalties, cancellation of booking, or forfeiture of any amount paid.

1.3 Payment Methods
Payments must be made through bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or any other payment methods listed on our website. Any transaction fees, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

2.1 Cancellations Before Project Allotment
If a customer requests cancellation before allotment of the project/property, they will be eligible for a refund after deduction of an administrative fee of 40%

2.2 Cancellations After Project Allotment
If the cancellation request is made after the project has been allotted and the agreement has been signed, the booking amount and any additional payments made will be forfeited. No refund will be issued.

2.3 Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
In the event that a customer needs to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, such as personal health issues or legal situations, DHL INFRABULLS may review the case on a compassionate basis and provide a partial refund at its discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Refund Timeline
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the approval of the cancellation request. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

3.2 Refund Method
Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment. If the payment was made via bank transfer, customers must provide valid bank details for processing the refund.

3.3 Refund Amount
The refundable amount will exclude any legal, administrative, and third-party fees incurred during the transaction process. Refunds will not include taxes, registration fees, or service charges.

4. Developer-Initiated Cancellations and Delays

4.1 Cancellations by DHL INFRABULLS
In case DHL INFRABULLS needs to cancel a booking due to project-related reasons (e.g., government regulations, approvals not obtained), the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.

4.2 Project Delays
If a project is delayed beyond two years from the estimated completion date due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be given the option to either:

  • Continue with the project under revised timelines, or

  • Opt for a full refund in installment with no deductions.

5. Transfer and Substitution Policy

5.1 Transfer of Booking
Customers may transfer their booking to another individual with prior written consent from DHL INFRABULLS. A transfer fee of INR 10000 will apply. No refund will be issued for such transfers.

5.2 Change of Property or Project
If a customer wishes to change the property or project they initially booked, they must submit a request in writing. Approval of such a request will be at the sole discretion of DHL INFRABULLS. Any difference in the property’s cost will be adjusted accordingly, and no refund will be provided if the new property is of a lesser value.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

6.1 Default on Payments
If the customer defaults on payments as per the agreed-upon payment schedule, DHL INFRABULLS reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the amount paid.

6.2 Failure to Comply with Agreement
If the customer fails to meet any conditions outlined in the booking agreement, including the submission of necessary documents or approvals, the booking will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

6.3 No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued if the customer cancels the booking for reasons such as change of mind or reconsideration of the property’s location, size, or amenities after allotment.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Arbitration
Any disputes related to cancellations, refunds, or payments will be subject to arbitration under the [Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996], with the place of arbitration being Indore Madhya Pradesh or Nagpur Maharashtra India.

7.2 Governing Law
This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal proceedings shall be undertaken in the courts of Indore Madhya Pradesh or Nagpur Maharashtra India.
